Chia & Flaxseed Bread This bread is truly amazing, you can top it with anything, sweet or savoury, it's light, fluffy and filling, perfecto! 250g sr flour 1/4 cup black chia seeds 1/4 cup flaxseeds 3/4 cup sunflower & pumpkin seeds 4 eggs 1 tspn apple cider vinegar 1/2 tspn salt 80g unsalted butter, melted 80ml coconut milk 125ml water
Method preheat oven to 175 C Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat eggs until fluffy, stir in vinegar, butter, coconut milk & water. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Stir well Spoon into greased & lined loaf tin Bake for 50min (test with skewer)
Server with avocado and poached eggs for a delicious breakfast.
