Chai Spiced Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

1.5 cups plain flour
1.5 tspns baking powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn salt
2 tspns ground cinnamon
1 tspn ground ginger
1/2 tspn ground nutmeg
1/2 tspn ground cardamon
1/2 tspn ground cloves
1/4 tspn allspice

1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup EV Olive Oil
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tspns vanilla essence

Method
Mix all of the dry ingredients
Mix all of the wet ingredients
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
Place into patty pans
Bake at 400 deg F for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 deg F for 12-15 minutes

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 Ounces cream cheese
1 tspn Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of cream
1.5 cups icing sugar
