CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING (Makes approx 2 serves)
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 tbsn cacao or unsweetened cacao powder
1 tbsn of maple syrup/honey/coconut sugar OR (can sub 5-9 dates, pitted if blending)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
METHOD Mix cacao powder with chia seeds then add liquid (will be ready in approx 2 hours) Options – add fruit, muesli.
