Yummy Protein Balls (Gluten/Dairy/Sugar Free)
you can really use any ingredients in this recipe as long as the consistency holds together. I often exchange figs for dates, and almond meal for protein powder 500g dates 1 cup water 200g LSA (flaxseed, sunflower, almond) 3 tbsp rice protein ( I used pea protein) 150g desiccated coconut + extra for rolling 2 tbsp cocao powder (or carob powder) 2 tbsp tahini pure vanilla extract Stevia (I didn't use, sweet enough without) Boil dates in water until soft and evaporated. Cool Mix with LSA, protein, coconut, tahini in a food processor Add stevia and vanilla to taste Roll in to balls and roll in coconut and/or cocao powder. Easy Peesy!!
