Red Dragon Fruit Salsa 

Vibrant Dragon Fruit Salsa featuring diced red dragon fruit mixed with fresh herbs, lime, and spices, creating a colourful and refreshing dish perfect as a side dish or salad.
Dragon Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
1 Dragon fruit ( pink or red) peeled and diced
1 Green onion sliced finely
1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil & coriander
1 tspn of chopped fresh, seeded chilli
1/2 Lime, juiced.

Method
Combine all ingredients in a ball and drizzle with lime.
​Refridgerate for up to 2 days.  Best used fresh.
