Not being a massive fan of the taste of turmeric but loving the anti inflammatory health benefits, it took me a few recipes to find one I like. Here's the winner, it really is YUM!
1 cup almond or coconut milk, 1/2 cup mango, 1 frozen or fresh banana, 1 tblsn coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and same for cinnamon and ginger. Blend with a Dash of sea salt. Happy days!
