Every woman will go through the menopausal stage of their life. Though I'm not yet on the stage, I am interested in knowing how to handle or to improve my well being to avoid too much stress in dealing with it. It is very important to eat well balanced diet and a daily exercise. It is also good to drink or eat food that detoxify body. I am hoping that when the time comes that I will go through that stage of life, I will handle it gracefully.
